3D Secure systems were unavailable for a period of approximately 20 minutes between 13:00 and 13:20. This issue occurred at BankServ who provides the 3D Secure service. This resulted in the temporary inability to complete card transactions successfully during this time. Other payment methods were unaffected and we saw an increase in Instant EFT payments during this time as an alternative.
