Instant EFT "confirmation" issues

Resolved

We have discovered an issued which affected the successful completion of a small portion of the payments conducted through Instant EFT on 27 Jul 2020 (15:47 -> 16:23) and 28 Jul 2020 (10:00:30 -> 14:34). This issue has since been resolved and we apologise for the impact that this may have had to you and your customers. The necessary corrective action is being undertaken by our operations teams.
